I selected SR Wood & Son Ltd to represent me and I have had no regrets. I spent a lot of time researching commercial property agents in the area. There was a lot of choice and a strong field to choose from. I trawled the internet and met with several agents including SR Wood who were also independently recommended to me by another company I was talking to.They are sensitive to customer needs and very responsive. Their firm grasp of the business and their local knowledge has continued to meet my requirements. They are professional, experienced and empathetic. They are able to deal with the most complicated of scenarios that might otherwise be overwhelming. Nothing is too much for Stephen Wood. Whilst selling my property for me he has been very courteous and punctual. Stephen has always had time to speak with me whenever I have had reason to either ring or email. Emails are dealt with the same day and he keeps me constantly updated at every stage. Stephen Wood has always been punctual when arrangements have been made to meet me at my property. I would highly recommed anyone to deal with SR Wood as he always goes that extra mile. Staff at SR Wood have always been very polite and accommodating.

They must be paying people to give them 5 star reviews because they are definitely not providing even the bare minimum.SR Woods is the managing company for my residential property and after years with them, they have taken a lot of money and provided very little. Cleaning services are below standard, severe lack of security, unwilling to utilise money we provide to repair property. When they do organise repairs, it is the cheapest materials and lowest quality of work. Complaints and communication with them is either ignored or not taken seriously.Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I am one very happy customer. I cannot thank Stephen Wood and his team enough. They worked tirelessly to achieve a solution for my commercial building and today I completed on a lease for the whole building.
