Work done not satisfactory, house pointed a complete mess. Can't get hold of anyone to rectify, if possible to rectify. Which l suspect is not. Charged an 80 year old women £3000, to basically smear cement all over the place. Now taking this complaint to a higher authority. Do not be conned by this company. No wonder they have low ratings.

My 80 year old ill mother was cold called and pushed into having her worktop replaced. The work was so poor, their own photographer who promotes their feedback refused to take an image. The workman did not clear his mess and left old materials outside the front door. After many calls/emails/visit to their office, they agreed for the work to be done again. However, they asked me to do the work and they would settle my bill. They failed to do this and after speaking to the very aggressive and offensive director, Peter Enquita, legal proceedings were issued (which they failed to defend) and Sheriffs were appointed to successfully recover the debt. It was a very distressing period for my mother and an extremely poor customer experience. I suggest avoiding this company and select a builder only on personal recommendation

Made the mistake of paying 50% up front for some rendering to these conmen. We had one days work where 2 blokes used a pressure washer and ruined the outside of our house. Since then we have had nothing. £2000 gone and nothing. I've tried reasoning, getting angry, even trying to re negotiate a deal but all to no avail. I have even been out and checked 2 of their registered addresses and they do not exist. Their Preston branch is boarded up and on companies house they've had more names than Michael Jackson had face-lifts. The word fraud doesn't do them justice. Please, anyone considering them, avoid like the plague or you will be robbed like we were.

This company promised to transform my driveway way back in 2017. I was sold something by a pushy sales lady that they couldn’t provide for the price of £900, although she assured me it would be wonderful.They sent 2 people who amateurishly painted my drive - it was a dreadful job. I complained to them and all that Mr Peter Inguita, the managing director was bothered about was that I was going to pay them and could I give them cash. He promised they would put this right and sent me a letter stating that they would overlay the drive free of charge to my 100% satisfaction later in the year. So foolishly I paid in full.Guess what, since then - nothing! I have contacted them many times and even hand delivered a letter to their premises and they have chosen to ignore me.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY CERTAINLY HAVE NOT KEPT THEIR PROMISES TO ME.I asked for a refund of my £900 - we are pensioners and that is a lot of money to us - again no response. I paid this money for something that wasn’t delivered and quite possibly couldn’t be from the first instance. They should have been honest with me - BUT NOTHING!

Well what an experience with this company ??? Agreed on a new door 7 weeks ago paid deposit had numerous texts calls trying to chase up surveyor finally surveyor called only to get a call a week later wanting to come round again to discuss the door !! When this should have been fitted 6 to 8 weeks after paying the deposit..now we have been informed they have made a mistake in the costing etc and it is going to cost another £900 absolutely ridicous way to run a business tbh feel sorry for the salesman as he had to deliver the ridicous news.. now I'm waiting for my 250 deposit back no doubt I will have to chase this up as Well...so if you are wanting a new composite door do not use them...total waste of time and energy.....

Not impressed with the person who came to talk about a new bathroom, she was polite enough but was rather arrogant, when I told her what I wanted which is a traditional look, she looked at me with a look you get from a teacher at school when you get something wrong, we already have one quote and said we will be looking for at least 3 more , which she replied MOST people have 3. We was given a quote for more than double our previous one so that's another reason why we won't be having them.

This company would have been suitable in the wild west, the only way to describe them are cowboys. when I use the term stealing a living i literally mean that.they generally obtain work via cold calling, they pay a fee for 'leads', these leads i would guess are targeted to vulnerable people.the director of this company works in marketing, its been acknowledged to me he doesn't even know anything about building, they are purely salesmen who charge through the nose for substandard/useless work.In fact the work contracted to them they just don't do. my parents sadly fell victim to this outfit. they paid a vastly inflated sum for someone to come out and sit on their roof for two hours. the work was not even done.they are frequent visitors to the magistrates court for their underhand and unscrupulous trading, avoid this company like the plague. giving any money to these people is like setting fire to it. at least setting fire to your money you'd get the benefit of heating!

A man from this company spent over four hours trying to pressure my parents to buy products from this company. He walked through the house having a good look round. He even very kindly offered to take my dad to the bank to withdraw cash (as he wouldn't accept a cheque) for a deposit. He left no business card or paperwork, only his mobile number. Would not recommend

Just had someone round from this outfit. We had two previous quotes for some work and I wanted a third. The lady didn't want to 'present' to us (we wanted a quote so I'm not entirely sure what there was to 'present') unless we were both there. I did sales training 30 years ago and by now my spider sense was tingling. I recognised all the old tricks, the immediate attempt to build rapport, compliments on this and that to appear friendly. I said she could give me a quote now or we won't bother, she said we won't bother. The thing is the other two quotes were done by builders who turned up in overalls with vans. This lady had acrylic nails and I suspect she's never laid a brick in her life!Given my sales experience I'm left with the distinct impression that this is a real 'hard sell' outfit, and having seen these other reviews I think we had a lucky escape. I would not have them round again.

After reading some poor reviews we were initially worried about using this company to repair the tarmac drive. However Sam was brilliant throughout and the 'the drive gang' were professional and hard working, laid a very smart drive and left the everything neat and tidy. Would use again.
