Hook'N'Block

I also started using them a few years ago through Groupon for my Christmas meat. We use them fairly regularly now to keep our freezer stocked up. The quality of the meat and the delivery process is always excellent.

Absolutely amazing quality meat!We are so impressed with what we have tried so far. Last week we tried a Tommahawk steak which was huge and tasted delicious. Hook'N'block have so much choice on their website and you know that what you are ordering is going to taste great. 100% would recommend!!!

Where do I start with Hook N Block? I've been using them for a really long time now from before their rebranding as hook n block, I think they were called meat packs or something and I was introduced to them as a Groupon offer which I took advantage of for my daughter's birthday party. I don't know how long ago that was but but it was well over 5 years ago. I almost exclusively buy my big bbq party meat and Xmas meat from them now with my latest order being earlier today.Over the years they've gone from offering simple cuts, but with good quality meat and we'll seasoned/marinated if you request this, to offering more choice cuts and as my cooking and bbq skills have improved I feel the company has diversified to compliment it.The meat itself has been fairly reasonably priced especially when you consider the quality. My latest selection is a good choice of cuts for a low and slow smoke on the bbq in a few weeks and diced goat so I can make a Jamaican curry goat too.The packaging they use, which is fairly common now but I hadn't seen it before when I first ordered, allowed you to buy a box on a Friday, leave it unopened until your bbq on a Saturday which left space in the fridge for salads/sides/garnish etc.The other thing I love is that they're not just about the meat and they work with many other companies to offer rubs, seasonings and sauces we might want to try. I use their seasonings less now as I like to make my own but there's been many a party when I've relied on Hook N Block for the marinades at a large bbq party and my guests (who can be fussy about marinades) have always said positive things. My favourite of these being a chimichurri from a company (that sadly no longer exists) called man meat fire which has got me hooked on chimichurri now.I've blabbered on a bit here but long story short. This is a fantastic company with great quality produce, excellent costumer service and an amazing grasp on the new technology culminating in swiftly delivered meaty awesomeness!TL;DR: GREAT COMPANY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I always buy the roast box as it’s such good value and the meat is lovely quality. Brilliant for Christmas as you can nominate postage dates and it’s so well packaged. Highly recommended!

I have been using these for quite a few years especially for birthday bbq's. They have never let me down. The marinades are fabulous and tasty. The roast boxes are always.top drawer too. Good value for money and quality meat.
