I’d grown tired of the same old routine at the gym - eg. curls, bench press, etc, repeat. I approached Light Blue Clinic after hearing good things from a friend. The Light Blue team developed a tailor-made program that factored in a serious long-term back injury - including some exercises I’d been too timid to try on my own. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it!…and I am seeing improvements in strength and stability. Crucially, my back has felt better than ever!! Thanks team!

I've had long term problems with the inside and back of my knee which were brought to a head running coast paths as part of marathon training. This was severe enough for me to stop running. Working with Milosz, I just ran a 10k at PB pace without issue. I now have the tools to keep my knee strong and am optimistic that I can keep training at previous levels.

Light Blue has all the equipment needed for treatment and remediation of injuries, aches, and pains. The owners/staff are very knowledgeable and supportive. Particularly appreciated the modest but comfortable size of the premises.

I’m captain of Cantabrigian RC in Cambridge and always recommend to anyone (regardless of age, rowing experience or injury history) who is experiencing an injury to go to Light Blue to see what they can do to help. Milosz always sends rowers and coxes alike away with a smile on their face, after useful treatment and with helpful rehab plans/exercises which can be used to prevent further problems. I can’t recommend Light Blue Clinic enough!

Fantastically knowledgeable! Milosz really knows his stuff! Diagnosed a problem that many others had failed to. Also great for rehabilitation and injury prevention! Everytime I've got a niggle I pop in and walk out pain free. Can't reccommend enough.

Milosz and Gosia have so much knowledge and experience and have helped me so much. I’ve had a few sports injuries in the past and seen multiple different people about them. I’ve never had treatment as effective or with as much care as at the Light Blue Clinic!

Exceptional facility - I can't think of any other practice in the area that comes close. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff that can treat the whole range of physical pains for athletes of all levels. Highly recommended! The Clinic itself looks small from the outside but is actually very spacious, perfectly equipped (complete strength & conditioning suite, treatment rooms, cryo chamber and showers), very clean and just beautifully designed. There even is a play area for kids....I mean....try to top that!

Excellent facilities: osteopathy, physiotherapy, rehab, strength and conditioning as well as a cryo chamber. A professional and dedicated team with an enormous amount of experience. I’ve seen coaching and fixing household-name athletes as well as 80-year olds trying to regain some mobility. Highly recommended for anyone.

I went and used the Cryotherapy chamber and it was really good. I'm not an athlete but the session had a really positive impact on my mood and how I felt for the rest of the day and a few days afterwards. It's hard to describe it but it's like a feeling of elation and of having really achieved something. There are definitely positive mental affects from doing the therapy. I'd recommend it to anyone!
