ARC Residential Intermediate Care Service

A family friend spent a short time here and my sister and I cannot praise it enough. The care and personal service is excellent and most importantly, our patient felt safe and happy. Thank you.

my partners dad was staying here to rehabilitate but was left in absolute discusting states. it was left to my partner having to wash and dress her own father. his legs were urine burnt from being left if p*** soaked pjs. she would never recommend this place for anyone

Absolutely horrendous. My nana briefly went in for a short stay - the entire experience was awful.The staff were extremely rude with myself on multiple occasions. They refused to answer my questions/give information when asked - especially when they were carrying out wrong procedures. Also put my nana on medication that her doctors didn’t want her on without informing us.Also would be careful if specific dietary requirements are needed to be met. My nana has been a life long vegetarian - they were offering her corned beef sandwiches!! Never underestimate the fact that the leading nurse was very snarky in regards to what she ate.

My husband has just been a patient and the staff have done wonders for his walking. He was very happy there and the staff went above and beyond to look after him. Thank youBlackpool Council for this place

They looked after my mother and got her back on her feet, nothing was too much trouble and the staff were wonderful my mum could not thank them enough excellent service and excellent establishment

My mum was admitted on fri .I sent them an email 4days ago no reply .in the present situation more communication needs to addressed i now believe they are behind with cov tests . Absolutely a mess

My friend stayed here.It was very noisy, no consideration that people are trying to recover.Members of staff coming in every 5 mins to check the same thing another member of staff had already done 5 mins ago.Loosing your washing and being told we'll your family should do it. She had no family that's why she was there.The food is not brilliant. But they did keep her safe till things were sorted for home help
