Expensive than other shops, always waiting on queue because just one cashier available, sometimes bonus card machine not working so you lost points. I hate to go there but I have to visit it if I'm in rush.

So ordered a delivery between 4pm and 6pm, the guy arrived at 3:30 when nobody was in, see him clear as day on my cctv, we arrived home at 3:50. left no note, so at 7:15 i checked icelands site and find out he couldnt make the delivery, waited the next day to call at 9, and all i got for 40 minutes was user busy" eventually got through and was told there system is down

The security guard was following me all over the shop, without any reason. When I asked him, he started arguing and shouting in front of everyone, it was embarrassing. The cashier was nice tho.

Very bad experience , the security guy thinks he's the manager or the owner of the store . As soon as I entered he was shouting at the cashier for no reason then when I went to the checkout he again was shouting at the cashier to scan my items he event came up to me and started touching my shopping saying he always wanted to try this or that item , I don't even know how he got that job you should hire someone else.

I’ve just shopped at this Iceland store for the first time, only one Till open, (There are 3 in the store). The young Asian girl on the checkout was very unfriendly, I said hello to her when I got to the checkout and She just completely ignored me. She then proceeded to fling my items through the checkout at about 200 miles an hour and then looked at me expecting me to pack my shopping in my carrier bag at the same speed. I felt very rushed and not given time to pack my shopping all because there was another 3 customers behind me waiting. I will never shop at this Iceland store again.
