Stopped in here to get out of the rain and orient ourselves after the train ride. The two women (I wish I caught their names) were super helpful and gave us directions for how to get to the loch and explore the area. When I googled Loch Lomond it said I needed to take a bus to Luss. I’m so glad I spoke to these women first. We had a wonderful time walking to the loch and up to Balloch castle. We stopped in again before leaving to by souvenirs and they were so pleasant and easy to speak to. Very helpful and I highly recommend if you are new to the area.

We 'popped in' to get some tips on how to spend our first full day in Scotland and met Veronica. By the time we left we had an armful of maps and ideas for our entire trip, which we followed all the way to Skye and then around the NC500. As promised, the pies in Lochinver were AMAZING and the scenery on the way to Fort William was well worth the detour. Thank you for your wisdom and knowledge!!

My husband and I stopped by for some information on Loch Lommond viewpoints on our way to Isle of Skye. We had no idea where to go, and Veronica was SO helpful!!! She even gave us more tips on what to see in Skye and Inverness! She gave us 3 maps as well, she was so sweet and helpful, 100% recommend stopping here!!

Caroline was so helpful and informative. We wouldn't have found our bus home if it wasn't for her. She also gave us train alternatives if we missed our bus ride home.

A gate to the beautiful Loch Lomond. A short walk away from very attractive walking grounds around the lake. We had a wonderful time! The visitor centre provides the info about all available attractions. A recommended place when you are a first-time visitor.
