We have been based at the Merlin House office in Theale for many years and have been very happy with the services provided. Ruth and all the BizSpace team are very friendly and helpful for whatever we need. The location is excellent, being in the heart of the Thames Valley, just off the M4 (J12) and with plenty of car parking, and opposite the railway station for trains into Reading and London, making it an ideal place for hosting client meetings. The on-site café is great for refreshments and lunch, both for ourselves and for when we have guests. We highly recommend BizSpace and Merlin House.

Having tried Regus, Landmark and i2 in Reading, BizSpace in Theale is a great find. Much more personable, more complete facilities and better/easier access to the dreaded M4 and railway. Decor needs a bit of love, but Ruth and the team are keen to make the place right for business.

This is an outstanding place to work at. The centre manager was very friendly and always wiling to give a helping hand. She is such an amazing person and make you feel comfortable and valued. I will definitely visit again.

This building is a pleasant environment to work in the staff are welcoming and helpful. The canteen offer is just what's needed when you need 5 out of the office and I'm excited for the next phase of refurbishment.

Without a doubt one of the friendliest, most professionally run managed offices I have ever dealt with. Our internal office issues are dealt with promptly and the whole building is managed with a great deal of professionalism. Bizspace are the best!

I've been based at this site for a number of years now and, since Bizspace has taken control, I have found that issues are now dealt with much more proactively than before (particularly with regard to urgent repairs). The canteen has already improved and will hopefully be even better once the planned refurbishments are complete. Recommended.

I have worked at the Biz Space Theale since August 2019, I find the office's clean, spacious and friendly. There is an onsite canteen which provides cooked meals, sandwiches and Tea & Coffee. The Offices are located opposite Theale train station so it’s easy to travel into Reading and London. There is also plenty of free onsite parking. Ruth, the Business Centre Manager is always on hand to help in any way she can and nothing is too much trouble for Ruth. A great place to work, I highly recommend it!
