Fabulous staff amazing service so friendly!I had a piercing done the other day and the young girl was amazing talked me though everything from what she was doing to the after care! I’ve had all my ear piercings done here x

Always love Claire's and the sales are my favourite. Lovely choice. Only thing I hate is it is a bit expensive. They need a pocket money range so my daughter can afford to shop there.

I personally think Claire's is a really decent shop, but I think the prices were overboard when you can go to Poundland and get hair bands for £1 whereas hair band in Claires are £3.50! I think if they wanted to attract more people into the shop they need to lower the prices. Staff are half decent. The Haywards heath shop is small which makes the experience worst.

Lovely lady who pierced my granddaughter ears.So gentle and very Professional. Both lady were very helpful. Great customer service.
