Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Worcester South

Urgently need car today as father seriously ill and my car out of action. Booked car online. Within TWO minutes I got a call from Worcester branch saying they had NO cars available. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND USELESS SERVICE DONT BOTHER!

Update:Still strongly do not recommendThe money got returned two months after the refund was supposed to be issued; the case got closed and marked as “resolved” several times after about 2 weeks of nothing activity, so we had to follow up, and explain everything from the start several times. Customer service is friendly but absolutely useless; we also got lied to a few times.We got scammed by an employee here out of 215£, and are preparing take legal action unless they return the money by the end of this week. We booked a car a few days in advance with the company, but when we came to pick it up the employee at the register informed us that our driver is marked with a red flag and he cannot give us the car. He then told us the refund process has been already started, and refused to do anything more. Apparently, the driver’s license and the address (even though we moved recently) matched exactly with a case of outstanding payment some undermined time ago at some other branch. That could not have been true, as we have never dealt with, or even heard of, Enterprise before. We have talked to the manager several times, and he practically admitted that we were lied to, and promised that the refund would come in 10 working days. The deadline is now in the past, and we still haven’t received our money back.Worst customer service we have ever come across!The funniest thing is, we ended up finding (purely by luck and chance) a bigger, higher-class car for even less than Enterprise offered for their cheapest mechanic, so their prices aren’t even competitive.

Very competent team, simple process to hire. Highly recommended. Don't waste your time going to Europcar, they are incompetent, go instead to Enterprise, I say it based on my experience. Many thanks guys.

Don’t use took two months to let us know we had ticket 4/8/23 got ticket letter 24/11/23 had do some begging to get fair rights over this want my £35 admin charge back

Very friendly team, great car to drive, simple process to hire, exactly what we needed. Highly recommended, would definitely use again should the need arise. Many thanks from us both.

Do not hire with these people. They advised us we could leave our car in the adjoining hotel while we used the hired vehicle as Enterprise has a contract with them for Enterprise customers whereby parking was free there. We were then fined. We approached Enterprise five times directly whereby they promised each time they would get the fine voided, and they have lied each time as the fine has now increased.

Leon the manager at Worcester did a terrific job looking after us with a helpful, friendly and upbeat attitude. I would strongly recommend him and his team.

Hire 2 van for work company. Try to contact them for pick up these 2 vehicles. Off hire since 17 January 2022but no one turn up to collect them. Now 23 February 2022, still no one turn up and not one pick up the phone... really bad organisation. Avoid

I hired a van from Worcester branch. I walked round the vehicle with an employee and he pointed out to me very obvious damage, but unknown to me the employee failed to record the inspection. I drove the van locally, only travelling a few miles over 3 days. I returned the van back to the branch and they blamed me for the pre-existing damage! I protested my innocence. 2 weeks later I received a letter through the post from Enterprise saying they would send bailiffs' round if I did not pay for the damage. I protested my innocence a couple of more times; finally Enterprise dropped the claim against me. I do not recommend this business, their employees’ are very untrustworthy to treat a customer like this. Looking back in hindsight this was not a genuine mistake by Enterprise.
