It's an ok store, abit frantic inside couldnt get anyone to help me so I left.

Always up there with my favourite stores. The smell, the gorgeous home items, the cushions… I could go on. Want it ALL!

I only use Next Home to collect items from online. This is a great idea and the items always arrive no problem! But the service is awful! Every single time I collect something there is always a queue (no matter when I go apparently) and the staff never call for back up or apologise for the delay. I have just come back from yet another slow collection, I was waiting ~10 minutes for the people in front to finish. Honestly, get some back up Next! Your clothing stores are much better!

Good Service Company but......The staff are nice and efficient every time I take my internet orders. Efficient and reliable delivery time too.The environment is always clean and tidy. It's a company under strict management.A company provides different brands too. Unfortunately not all of the brands has good quality.Too many brands that makes browsing the Next's website extra difficult and exhausting.

I normally got good service from here but my last visit wasn't very pleasant due to a staff’s attitude over my returns. She made me feel like I just committed a crime by returning the unwanted stuff.

Nice to have a store separate to clothes. Staff are helpful but not always specialised in certain areas. Good quality products.

Nice shop and nice staff just wish it wasn't so expensive as I love everything!

Check all of your price tags prior to purchase !!I have purchased two burford table lamps at £55 displayed over the original perforated price tag at £48, to my surprise this was as we returned home with them !! Also one of the lamps holding brackets from base to shade is broken ! The price difference and damage doesn’t warrant or justify the time, effort and cost in returning to store !Very very lazy and poor management responsibility here on this occasion !Next time I’m in store I’ll stick a few things up my sleeve to make up for the con !Will be posting photos as evidence here via images to display my frustration!To whom the manager is , I hope this complaint finds you well !Customer service wasn’t very responsive to my query whilst on the telephone either. Poor , very poor !

Good service and good quality self assembly furniture's. This has to be the easiest self assembly furniture's in the market , very clear description on assembly very good quality woodwork, I love the malvern style furniture I have in the house, its very easy to liase with customer services if you need something to be changed, good service instore aswell, will be using Next more often.

Lady shut the door in front of my face while i was asking a question because it was a minute past 16.30.Maybe you're off the clock but still representing the company on company premises, so there no need to treat another person in such a dismissive and disrespectful way.
