Excelent customer service. Marco has been very helpful . My GP prescribed some antibiotics for my son that no pharmacy had in stock. Been sent back by 4 pharmacysts , Marco been the only one that took his time to help. Many thanks.!

One of the best examples of high quality customer service that I have ever received. I required an emergency prescription, which had not been issued due to the negligence of my own GP. After contacting them, they then issued the wrong prescription. My GP then closed and I was in absolute panic. Marco Piazzetta went up and beyond to help me sort this issue by ringing different places on my behalf and talking me through what we could do. He was absolutely amazing and got me my emergency prescription that day. Can not thank him enough!

Prescription never ready (or downloaded as they like to say) when it has been sent days beforehand from GP. Now on top of that saying they need 2 days notice of collection aswell. Changing chemists because there’s always an issue when I go with missing items, or needing to order the stock blah blah.

Neve known a pharmacy like this 1 you have to ring every month to give them time to prepare your repeat prescription (2 days notice) Then when you go to pick up they have a sign stating no prescription will be given out between 12.30 and 1.30 changing pharmacy ASAP

Regularly don't have medications prescribed, been ringing and waiting 2 days now for a medication to be told this morning thatwill check with supplier and re-order i advused it was supposed to be in yesterday in meantime I have none of the tablets left told to ring back after 4 this happened last time when i even had to get my Dr to prescripe another similar medicationwhy dont they keep a regular supply in and re-order before run out
