NEVER EVER EVER buy any car from them. Bought a car in “perfect condition”. On the second day we got a leak from the gear. Went to the service which was included in the warranty. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER DONE in my life. If you ever buy a car from them never use their service. Went to the service/garage… They just broke the car… maybe they fixed the leak issue but… they changed our new accumulator to old one, we had to buy a new one after 2 days (£120). They broke the multimedia control, had to buy new one (£100). AC did not work. They drove 200 MILES for “test”…. No words. The dealer didn’t change tyres, as was promised. Didn’t clean the car, did it solve the issue with oil level. Just no words. And after 3 months we got more and more issues and went to the BMW garage where we were told that the first service just broke everything around the motor, took off all the screws and etc, they were shocked that this car still drives. And now we have to pay £1,500 for service to solve all the issues done by dealer and their “garage”. This is just unbelievable.And of course, the dealer never picks up the phone.Just my advice - NEVER EVER BUY a car from this dealer.
