Vivid tanning ,beauty & nails

I also am very shocked to read the previous review... have been going to this salon since it opened and have never been else where I recommend all the treatments and staff here and also their lovely down to earth characters many of times I have gone there knowing it will make my day and cheer me up as all staff have unique way of making you feel at home and welcome. Many salons in Essex can make you feel uncomfortable and judged in the way you look where as here everyone is welcome no matter what you look like or what size you are or where you come from so forget the only way is Essex and head over to the only way is vivid!!!! As for the singing and dancing it absolutely makes my day!

Avoid at all costs. Manager is rude and intimidating. Beautician argued with me when she got my appointment wrong and said I turned up on the wrong day, dances round the salon like it's a nightclub. The hair extension lady also never responds to requests, sings Constantly and very badly. They all smoke all day outside the shop with loud friends. Only asset is the nail tech who is very nice. Shop very tacky and old sunbeds with broken doors. Do not waste your time or money hereReview below is also the name that of the manager coincidently. She really rates her own shop

Been going to Vivid tanning since it opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. Sam the new nail tech's work is in my opinion the best we have had at Vivid. I never leave unhappy and always with a smile on my face. With gorgeous nails exactly as I wanted them, even if I didn't know what I wanted before I got there.Vivid is a friendly happy place, where no one is judged. Would highly recommend a visit to Vivid to anyone, you wont be disappointed I would give 10 stars if I could

Very professional, extremely welcoming. Fantastic quality of nails long lasting. The owner makes you feel very comfortable and at home. Would recommend vivid every time.

Wow what can I say about Vivd!other than I absolutely love the place......I've been a customer since the first day it opened, The staff are friendly and accommodating and always happy to help when I have my nails done I always get so many great compliments my eyebrows are on point thanks to the lovely beautician there, and the atmosphere is always a welcoming one.So if you have not had the opportunity to go there get booking your appointments you won't be disappointed!Jen

My teenaged daughter used the salon to have her nails done, she explained that she has a condition that makes her hands sweat, the staff who did her nails was very, very rude and kept on mentioning her condition which made things worse, end result were below standard nails.Unfortunately I was not with my daughter that day, if I had been, then the sub standard member of staff would have not reacted how she did.Would not recommend at all one star is too generous.

Been coming to the shop since it opened. Always a laugh and happy enviroment. Staff are always accomodating. Nothings to much trouble. Wouldnt go anywhere else for my nails. Salons always clean and tidy. I recommend VIVID to everyone x

Lovely shop, and warm friendly staff who make you feel at home. With such classy decor and a relaxed atmosphere I would recommend to anyone that needs a little me time.Always have the kettle ready for a cuppa as a bonus.
