Would strongly recommend this gym to anyone who may be a newcomer to the gym scene or a complete pro! Staff are genuinely friendly and approachable to make you feel at ease. The amount of equipment is insane so you’re never stuck waiting for machines! Love how there is also a women’s separate gym full of a great variety of machines!!

Very good gym. Great variety of apparatus. I had lots to do. I found machines that I'd never seen beforeHowever, toilets are filthy. The majority of the clientele didn't flush the toilet.The music is quite bad. The dance music I can understand, but the London gangster rap stuff is horrible.

If you looking for a old school gym in south brum, look no further.Maybe a little tricky to find, it is the left before the carvery.The staff was polite & helpful and was happy to give me a tour.Gym got old school machines with modern kit too. Overall, good gym, good music and welcoming vibes to all.

I've trained here on and off for just over 20 years since I was a teenager. Bob the old owner was an absolute gem who was always willing to give me tips and helpful info. Daz who runs it now has certainly taken up the mantle and runs a great gym and is always a friendly face behind the counter. Says a lot that he remembers clients names despite lengthy absences.You only have to look at the list of champs the gym produces to know the quality of equipment. Despite its imposing setting it's very beginner friendly and would recommend for beginner to pro. Best gym in brum hands down.

A lot of very good equipment. Plenty of opportunities for everyone to train. A good shop which I think is important for a gym. Like pretty much every gym, parking is limited. I would recommend better signage outside as its easy drive past. But the gym itself, I can only say excellent.
