Someone has already stated in detail what I wished to say about Simon Davies, so I will approach it another way and describe our experiences with Simon through our house moving ordeal.Medically we had to downgrade from a house to a bungalow (the most sort after property on the market).We had tried three estate agents with varying enthusiasm (them) when we were introduced to Simon who told us that he tried to devote more time to each client and give them a more personal service.This was proved when he found the right property for us within a week by finding a bungalow which was not even on the market, and then sold our house within a fortnight. As a Probate was involved with the bungalow we knew we would have to wait before exchanging contracts.This started last September/October and as it dragged on until April without any information from the seller about the Probate it was always Simon who managed to keep us (and probably our buyer) calm by being the main go between to all the parties. We are both OAP's and at times found the the whole business quite stressful and as already said Simon's calming influence and offer help to prepare for the removers was very reassuring to hear.We joked with him that he was too nice to be called an estate agent and the title of property consultant suited him better.Simon's charges might be higher than other estate agents but he certainly gives you a personal service far above our experiences with the others, and would heartily recommend him to you.

First class service. The deal was not as simple as we hoped but Simon kept us informed with regular updates - without the need for us to chase him - and kept things going forward. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to move. Very professional.

He was the main driving force to get a difficult chain moving along and kept everyone informed with regular updates. I found him friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour.
