We bought a Mercedes GLS from here and the buying experience from start to finish was excellent. We went to test drive a landrover defender which we dint meet our requirements but Hamza (the owner) took time to understand our needs and showed us 2 other cars the Mercedes being one of them. He offered a test drive and within 5 mins it was ready for us to try out. We did a part exchange but were not fully ready as our car needed something fixed but he was still happy to exchange on the trust that it will be sorted out later between us. After sales services are great. A huge part of our deal happening besides ofcourse loving the car was due to Hamza's customer service. We will any day go back for another purchase here and would highly recommend this place.

What a disappointing experience!We viewed a Land rover defender at this dealership and was shown the car by a guy who said he didn't normally do this and his boss wasn't inWhen we liked it we asked if there was any movement on the price and the guy got his manager Hamza on the phoneHamza agreed to reduce it from £56995 to £55000 and we agreed on the purchaseThe part exchange figure was lower than that offered on their website and after eventually getting hold of another manager, James, this figure was increased by £1000 to the accurate part exchange valueA holding deposit was paid whilst we waited for the invoicePayment was due to be paid today only for Hamza to send an invoice for the original price of £56995 and to say that because they increased the part exchange by £1000 they were taking away the discount offered on the sale?And this is despite multiple texts stating the figures!Absolutely disgusting behaviour, we were already putting a lot of trust in these guys buying a £55000 car from a very small dealership but for them to treat us this way is a jokeWe are glad we got out when we did because if they treat their customers like this before they pay I can only imagine the customer service if any problems arise after sale

I am just super Amazed at how great the service Hamza and the team has provided has been. We just bought an amazing car from them and the whole process was super smooth. Nothing was too much of an ask. His team was amazing and the sale process was super smooth. I highly recommend Motorland and team for any vehicle purchases in the future. Travelled from Mid Wales as I saw a Range Rover Evoque for sale and I have family living nearby. Walked in, spoke to Javed and looked at the car. Test drive sorted for the following day. I was offered a fair price for my car and decided 48hrs later to purchase the mentioned car. Picked the car up on the 24th of November having paid a deposit earlier. Dealt with the owner of the business to sort out payment etc. Brilliant customer services. I would recommend to any-one. They went out of their way to sort everything out seamlessly.
