I have used Natura Studios for the Dermapen & Cryo Pen and also Juliet Armond Peels. I can say that every contact I have with them is a pleasure and the advice I have been given as well as further training has been outstanding.The Master needling course is a must and Dr Andrew Christie is a wealth of knowledge and amazing to learn from, i will certainly be going again.Im very much looking forward to working with them again as my business developes

Hi I am an aesthetic doctor and recently purchased Plexr device from Naturastudios.The sales team, Simon; told me that training can be arranged easily so I went ahead to buy the device December time before Christmas 2019. Now, I have been told that no trainer available until near end of February 2020. I have parted money to start business but now delayed training means no income as I cannot use device. Studio refused to reimburse loss of income. Not happy.

I love Natura! I have the Forma Multi Care System and it is fantastic!!! My clients love this machine! Not only is the machine amazing but so are all the staff, nothing is ever too much trouble they are always happy to help especially Emma Mackintosh. I highly recommend this company.

Yesterday I had my initial training with Kim Jay in Brentwood, Essex for my amazing Dermapen 3 machine.The day was fantastic, very informal, high energy and a great learning experience. Not only did I leave knowing exactly what to give to my clients, I left with the knowledge I am now part of the Natura Studios family who will help support my business in Jersey and help develop my aesthetic facial skills.A great day and experience all round. I have been with this company for over 4 years now and I cannot praise them enough. Superb customer service, amazing high quality products, affordable prices. If there is ever an issue they would literally go out of their way to fix it and provide a solution urgently.
