Beaumont House Dental Practice

Very poor customer and patient care. The staff were standing around in reception chatting amongst themselves while I was being booked in, I felt this was inappropriateThe dentist was unpleasant and didn't explain what she was doing, the appointment was very rushed, the was no care or consideration.They also used my first name which I didn't like either, unprofessional.

Friendly, welcoming and efficient reception staff. The dentist team itself is the best I've ever had. They're very knowledgeable and set achievable goals.

Was seen today by Daaniya she was patient,caring and a true proffesional, working hard along side her was her nurse Indy who was also fantastic...great job ladies as always.Thankyou x

I have been coming to Dr Niraj for quite a few years now and as a nervous patient (after a bad experience elsewhere), he has done nothing but set me at ease on each visit.I had a recent appointment for some work to be done, which I was feeling anxious about, and the whole experience has completely alleviated my fear - no pain whatsoever! Dr Niraj was supported by Louise during this, who was also absolutely brilliant. I genuinely did not know it was possible to feel relaxed at the dentist until today!I would recommend the practice as a whole to anyone, especially those who are anxious - the staff here are knowledgeable, kind and welcoming.

Always a great experience with Dr Niraj Devalia. Explains everything before performing any procedures, chance to ask questions, very gentle with the dental work. He is also absolutely brilliant with my toddler who loves visiting the Dentist now after such a positive first experience! Thank you!

Looks like a fresh from the outside now, over charged and told to claim back from the government as my son is autistic and exempt..Me and my son had been going to this practice for years, after Covid I had a knee injury and an operation on my hand, both resulting in me being unable to drive, I was told we were both taken from their list… after numerous conversations with numerous members of staff we were finally aloud to attend the practice again, only to be completely shocked with the change, our previous dentist had retired and the young girl replacing her was very rough and made my gums bleed, she didn’t notice the composite fillings my son had had and only offered a free clean to me with the price even though we both paid for the same treatment, after seeing the dentist I was told the price had gone up even though we had paid on the way in, and was told my autistic son had to pay when he’s exempt!! I was told to claim it back from the council.. doubt I’ll be going back, I’d rather pay private…

Would recommend Niraj, Louise and his team. So easy going and patient. Brilliant energy and smiles even when sticking a needle in my gum.

Niraj Devalia is the best dentist I have ever been to. His bedside manner and care is second to none. I would recommend this practice to anyone. A J Simpson
