Quinn Autoparts Car and Van Breakers NI

I bought a VW power steering pump from Quinn Autoparts and it turned out to be the wrong part (not their fault). Mickey was happy to refund the full amount without question. He is a decent honest trader and I would happy recommend him to anyone.

Dishonest seller. I bought a wheel and tyre which was listed as good working order. It was delivered flat, and i messaged them on the day of delivery to question this.They said it's fine and was deflated for posting.It was bought for a spare wheel for a car not currently in use, and listing stated 3 months warranty, so no desperate hurry to resolve. It remained unused, in the unused car's boot for a few weeks. Once inflated, it went flat again. So i messaged the seller again. They then claim it's only 30 days warranty, not 3 months. They then claim there's no warranty at all, wheels and tyres aren't covered ( despite it saying twice in the listing there's 3 months warranty ). They then claim i must have punctured it, despite me sending photos proving it's unused and still has their crayon writing on the tyre tread. The listing also stated returns accepted for 3 months. But yes you've guessed i, they wouldn't accept the return.Buyers beware. They list goods dishonestly, and state there's warranty. Yet they will not honour it, and make any and every excuse going to get out of their responsibilities. Once they've got your money, they have no intention of giving it back or resolving issues.

Well, to start with, I have never heard of these guys before.So when they advertised as Suzuki Jimny for breaking, I looked at the pictures and decided there was a few things I might want.Now, the norm is that when you make an enquiry to breaker that you might not hear anything for a couple of days, however I was quite surprised to get a response very quickly .So after a few questions to and fro, a deal was struck and advanced up the road just 30 minutes from Belfast and got what I needed, at a fair price to.Their yard is quite extensive and they have a number of staff they’re willing to help.Is worth noting that they actually are a proper car breakers, and in today’s society where there are lots of fake car breakers who mess you around on Facebook and eBay, saying that they will be in and then not, or agreeing a price and then changing it when you arrive… these guys are not at all like that.I do wish them all the best luck - good lads!!Jonny Weston

Extremely helpful, I needed a part and had no way of collecting it. Mickey went above and beyond... delivered it right to my door. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!! Will most definitely use again..

Not sure if they're any good. They never rang me back to say if they had what I needed.

QUINN Autoparts bought a scrap car from me, the price offered was the price paid when they came to collect, no haggling!! A copy of the certificate of destruction was emailed to me within hours of the car being collected. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Found these guys online and found them to be very professional. They had the van parts that I needed that I couldn't get elsewhere with the added bonus of being reasonably priced. Will call them first next time.
