Absolutely terrible, the counter assistant was rude and unhelpful. We asked about specific light fittings and he just pointed to the opposite side of the store, to a section behind the counter with no close up view possible, assuming the assiatant will follow me to the section and show me a few variations of what I wanted to buy, I asked about price, and he said it depends what your after, walked away with no answer and started serving the only other customer in the shop. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Bathroom related equipment and flooring wet walls are cheaper here and got fantastic service. They advise what is best for the needs and deliver to home. No need run around isles of B&Q. Recommend strongly.
