Flight Centre

Booking long haul flights, first time in business class, so wanted to get everything right; Emily at Flight Centre was friendly, very patient, and most helpful. And their prices were the best we found. Highly recommend using them: even when we had to get a refund for our Covid-cancelled flights in 2020 the service was excellent, even though there was less than nothing in it for the company. Many other major businesses could learn from them.
