Becky was very helpful and came earlier than was originally booked as she was able to and it worked better for me. She talked me through the process and reassured me on a few queries. I’m no longer in pain from my ears. Way better service than going into an audiologist shop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m writing a review on behalf of Tom who had ear wax removal this morning from Becky.Becky was really professional throughout the whole time she was here this morning, my hearing improved immediately after the wax being removed. She was very patient and had a lovely chat also. Would recommend her to anyone who suffers with wax build up

R.M.H provides a very professional service in your own home, Rebecca removed some deep seated wax, she confirmed the health of my outer ear and also provided some next steps advise. The work is followed up with an email showing before and after media for your records. Because my wax came out quite easily Rebecca very kindly only charged me for the one ear. So if you have any ear concerns, I don't think you can get any better than R.M.H. Thanks again.

I am so glad I got this done. I have been suffering with my ears for a long time & I saw on post on my local village page and thought why not, made it even better the service was mobile so it ment it got done in my home. It was a very comfortable experience, if I didn’t feel comfortable the process would have stopped. I would recommend this to anyone.

Arrived on time, friendly and very polite and helpful, put my son to ease straight away and explained throughout what was happening and reassured him. Rebecca came to our house to check our ears for wax. She was calm and professional and explained everything she was going to do. She checked my husband's ears which were wax free. Mine on the other hand had one which was blocked so removed most of it with microsuction. Was very careful and it was painless, though she wasn't able to get it all out, but advised me to put olive oil in it, which would soften the rest of it and it would come out on its own.Was very comfortable with her doing it when it was a sensitive area.Would recommend her to anyone want to have their ears checked.
