I found that purchasing my car from Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall a pleasing experience. From the very first moment I arrived on site I was gently approached and shown the type of vehicle that I was looking for. I was then left to ponder and felt unpressured at any time. After choosing the vehicle I was interested in I was left to test drive at my own leisure. I purchased the vehicle and was guided throughout each stage of the process. So so pleased and would recommend to anyone. They are there to service you not themselves.

Went to look at a possible car to buy for my dad. Took car in for diagnostics after developing a fault. Excellent service very professional. The service team were excellent made sure I was kept fully informed during repair.

Being a bca transporter driver the sales team are friendly polite. Process is quick and a easy site to acsess and find. The road outside isn't to busy allowing turning big trucks easy. The cars in the forecourt are well presented and there is ample customer parking for there (normal customer).

Absolutely phenomenal service!We received the most outstanding service at Bristol Street Motors Lichfield when trading in our old car for a new one. Nick made the process very easy and could not do enough to help us. Even after everything was finalised we had a follow up courtesy email a couple of days later to ask if everything was going well with our new car and to just get in touch if we had any questions/issues. We would highly recommend Nick in new car sales to anyone thinking about buying/leasing a new car.The aftercare service has so far also been wonderful. When we had a little concern about the collision sensor in our new vehicle (which turned out to be nothing to have worried about at all), Nick arranged to have it checked on a day that suited us. The staff in the service department were so friendly and had everything sorted for us quickly and efficiently - they even washed the car for us before we came to collect it!! We left with complete peace of mind and a sparkly car.Customer service at such a consistently high standard is quite rare to come across nowadays and we really are pleased we chose Bristol Street Motors Lichfield for our new car.
