I have to say the service provided by the Bradley’s team was outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to sell a local property in Sidmouth or East Devon. They have the sales and marketing reach, knowledge, ability, and tenacity, to sell your property! Their fee maybe at the high end, but you really get what you pay for!

We bought a flat through Bradleys, very easy to arrange the initial viewing, after which we made an offer that was accepted. We visited the flat on four more occasions. Bradleys were able to find a local builder that was able to check that the building works could be done and a structural engineer who was also able to confirm the work that we wished to complete was possible. These meetings were made through the agent's personal contacts both quickly and efficiently.Bradleys kept the sale moving and without their attention we would have pulled out long before completion. The issues that occurred were sorted out". We have since moved in and are delighted with the property and really happy with our purchase."

Ben and team deserve a huge thank you for helpful advice and proactive support during our purchase. Fiona was absolutely amazing! This company's service and personal touch, (especially Fiona) were outstanding.Such a shame we couldn't go ahead with the property, but out of any letting experience I've had, this was by far the best.

With such a quick turnaround in the rental market a degree of communication is required by a company. This is lacking from Bradleys. The intrusive application process is excessive and bordering on an invasion of privacy. Hopefully new legislation will give renters the right to ask similarly personal and financial questions of potential landlords and their agents, helping us decide if we are happy to rent a property from them.

Having experienced very poor service bordering on incompetence and arrogance from both Exeter and Budleigh Salterton branches of Bradleys, we were naturally concerned when we contacted the Sidmouth branch regarding a property for sale. We were met by Billie, who couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and personable. As things turned out, she showed us around several properties until we found our perfect new home. She kept us informed during the sales process and always responded quickly to queries. Ben, the manager, was also helpful and made himself available when needed. Exeter and Budleigh could learn much from the professionalism shown by the Sidmouth team.

Bradley's have been brilliant. Such a friendly, professional bunch. The communication has been superb. That's always been a top priority for me, that is, people always keep in touch and let you know what is going on. Bradley's have been superb.I dont generally rave about an Estate Agent, but, Bradley's get my thumbs up and a well deserved 5 stars!!!!
