Pawfection Doggy Spa

Pawfection doggy spa are brilliant! We always take our girl to them however this time she was well overdue and had a lot of hair which needed removing. This was no problem for PDS and she came out like a new doggie! She is a very nervous girl and they always make the effort to try and comfort her! Would highly recommend!

Paw 'perfection' they are not.Please see my husband, Samuel Hollis' review. Unfortunately google doesn't let him respond.1) he didn't hang up the call.2) you speak of family emergencies your end. You gave very small time frames of availability. The 1st time we had booked him in after the strip, you wanted to make it earlier after accepting the booking. People have lives, and at short notice- no we could not change it.3) again the date was moved, and you cancelled because again we couldn't make it earlier at short notice! We both work full time and Saturdays are our only option!3) he is the least rude person I know, so for you to insinuate that he was instigating any rudeness/ bluntness i suggest is down to your member of staff and your lack of customer service as a business!

As always, they do a great job on my dogs as I have four and Mimi looked great today. Thank you girls

We've been using Pawfection Doggy Spa for our Cocker Spaniel for the last 8 months. She always comes home looking well cut and looking fabulous. I happy leave my dog here for her groom knowing she will be well cared for during her pamper.The online booking system is so handy for both checking availability and booking quickly! Thank you team Pawfection!

Archie loves going to Pawfection Dog Spa. His little tail goes like a helicopter when he see the building. The team are amazing and Archie always comes out looking and smelling incredible. I highly recommend this groomers and have just booked in our new little Dachshund in for a bath and nail clip. The team are so lovely and take their time to to ensure the dogs are happy and leave looking perfect.

We had our border terrier in for a hand strip. He couldn't be finished on the day so we were told to bring him back another day to finish. He was rebooked for a Saturday afternoon but Pawfection then cancelled that appointment (probably because they wanted to go home early). Tried to book him in, leaving countless messages and missed called, when they finally responded I was told too much time had passed and we would have to pay full price for another hand strip so basically paid over £40 for half a hand strip and was told quite bluntly there's nothing they can do bit charge full price again. !

After adopting our 2 year old cocker Leo I was a bit nervous about taking him to a new groomers after having only a few weeks to settle with us. The team greeted Leo and my partner very warmly and gave him lots of fuss. I was the needy one checking in via text but they were lovely with their replies and really reassured me he’d been great! He looked lovely upon coming home and seemed to be really happy which was lovely to see! Full groom, lovely clean ears and nails clipped. We’ll definitely be back again. Thanks very much!
