Broke down on the M6 with a flat tyre and this company came out very quickly fitted a new tyre at a very reasonable price, thankyou very much!Would definitely use again.

I got a puncture on my Tesla M3P. The tyre is not normally well stocked. National, Kwik Fit and Black Circles were all 3+ days to fit and I would have had to get my car towed to the garage. These guys had the tyre in stock and fitted it the next day on site. I ordered at 20:30 and it was fixed by 10:00 the next day. Outstanding service. Good price. This is now my go to tyre service. Thank you so much.

If there was an option to give minus stars I would. I ran a flat tyre in Arnside and had to get the tyre replaced. Initially the service was fantastic and quick. The only problem was that he put on the completely wrong tyre size. When I spoke to him about this over the phone, he initially agreed to replace the tyre for free and apologised. Then when I told him that I was based in Liverpool, explained it would be really inconvenient for me to get back across to him and requested a refund for the tyre (not the labour or the call out fee) he changed his tune completely and said that he only replaced what was on the car. This was a lie because my car had had the right tyre sizes and would have failed its MOT if it hadn't. We agreed that he would replace my tyre for free, I just had to get across to him. When calling (3rd time) to arrange this he hung up on me and is now refusing to take my calls.

Joe came out to fit 2 new tyres on my fiancés car he arrived earlier than time stated (perfect for me) pleasant and efficient. I’ll be using the service again for my car.

Really grateful to these guys! We got a puncture on 23rd Dec whilst a long way from home and Kwik Fit wouldn't fit a replacement tyre... thankfully this company sent a friendly chap who arrived in about 20mins and sorted it pronto. Thanks for helping us keep driving home for Christmas!

We needed 2 tyres to be replaced while driving up the M6 a couple of weeks ago. We were pleased that NorthWest Mobile Tyres were able to replace them at the nearest services, but at the car's MOT last week it failed as both tyres had been fitted the wrong way around (outside facing inside). I have called North West Mobile Tyres several times over the last week to discuss this with them, but they hang up the call each time and don't reply to messages.It is not too much to expect that a tyre company will fit tyres correctly and I would expect that any company should listen to a complaint and admit + fix their mistake.In summary, it is great to be mobile again in an emergency, but if your car is left dangerous and the customer service is this poor, I would strongly recommend that you stay away from them!Incidentally if the company had listened to the complaint and paid just the cost to cover the swapping of the tyres I would not be writing this.
