Went today was served by cashier named Megan , firstly she did not ask if we need a bag she was more concerned about me and my bf wearing masks which we were but we put them above our nose at tills . She said next time we wont be allowed in , she was so rude no smile nothing didnt offer star buys wasn’5 asked about points card , whispering to her colleague about us over headset thinking we are shoplifters . Came in the other day and was looking for lube for me and my boyfriend… asked staff member called anna for advice who told me gays weren’t allowed here. Completely unacceptable!!!! Shouldn’t have a job

Have always chosen Superdrug over other stores but the staff here are unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming every time. I won’t ever support any Superdrug again

I came to get my eyebrows done twice to the Teddington Superdrug and both times from 2 different ladies, they messed my eyebrows up. They thinned them out and made them uneven on both times. Would not recommend going here

4 or 5 times now the price on the shelf has been different to the price that has scanned. When I worked in retail, you had to honour the lower price, but the cashier just said it was a mistake and I had to pay full price. It's incredibly frustrating that this is a consistent issue. Please get better at checking the price labels, and honouring the lower price when you're wrong

I just want to say how wonderful and supportive this branch of Superdrug is. The staff and lovely manager here are so welcoming and helpful which has been a comfort as I recently developed OCD. I never struggled a year ago so this is new to me and It has made shopping difficult sometimes but they have recognised it and supported me if I’ve ever struggled. I love my beauty products and cosmetics so I really appreciate still being able to go to this particular branch. I can’t say I’ve had this experience in any other shops to be honest so thank you to the wonderful staff who are demonstrating patience, wonderful customer service and being positive about disabilities. It really does make a difference

just been today i was not impressed with the service only the girl in the shopfloor was lovely , but once i got to the till different story gentelman at the till was not very welcoming also because did not want to purchase anything else , does not make me want to go back his attittude not nice not even asked if i had a pointscard.
