We had several pleated roof blinds, 1 roller blind and two full length shutters fitted by Phil & his team and have been very impressed with their professionalism, communication and expertise. We had some issues related to our windows for the shutter fitting and Phil & Alex went out of their way to resolve these issues, even coming in on the weekend to finish the job. The results are fantastic and we are so happy with our new blinds and shutters. We highly recommend A Touch of Tradition.

Lotte and her team were brilliant in helping me choose and install all the shutters, curtains and blinds for a 4 bedroom house. Lotte was so helpful in advice and knowledge, I had many questions and many emails and she responded and took her time with me patiently and made it fun instead of stressful. Came to Lotte at A Touch of Tradition for help with blinds/curtains for our newly reroofed conservatory. She came and measured and discussed and worked so well with us to provide exactly what we wished for. To top that the quality of the product and workmanship is second to none, so much so that one year on the outcome really is still the cherry on top for the works we had done.
