Eye Flooring - Suffolk

This is the second time we have used Eye Flooring to carpet rooms in the house. From quote to finish, the service has been excellent. Ben fits quickly, quietly and efficiently with very good quality carpet. We would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you very much :)

Eye flooring have just finished their second job for me and I am as delighted with it as I was with the first. Neither job was easy as my floors were uneven. The results were very impressive. Eye flooring are skilled and knowledgeable, their preparation is meticulous and the finished result faultless, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are nice people to deal with too.

We recently had our stairs and landing carpeted by the wonderful Eye Flooring.The service from start to finish was excellent. The shop in Eye is incredibly well stocked. We were given professional and friendly advice from Claire about our best options and we were given plenty of samples to make sure we chose exactly what we wanted. Completing the order was easy. The difficult landing area was measured professionally and the carpet was fitted excellently by George. We will definitely use Eye Flooring in the future.

Had carpets to four bedrooms laid.Very pleased with the efficiency of the work, done with politeness and respect to our property. They had to trim more doors than they anticipated, but carried out the extra work without fuss and completed it as a goodwill gesture.Highly recommended especially as they are a small local business.

Very interesting to read Sarah Pinkney's review because we have had exactly the same issue with Ben Bobby who laid our Amtico floor in May 2021. Soon after the floor in our kitchen and utility room began to lift. The screed blew in multiple places and the tiles lifted and broke and Ben blamed everything and everyone and took NO responsibility. We're still in the process of trying to get resolution through the insurers and the courts and in the meantime it is a hazard and an accident waiting to happen. We've been to an independent consultant who has written a report saying it is Eye Floorings failure but we haven't been to Trading Standards - should we try that route as well? We are at the end of our tether and we don't know what to do.

I can’t recommend Eye Flooring enough - a small independent business who’s owner really cares about his client’s plans and his quality of work. Great advice and the work was done in good time to a high finish with all clearing done. Your only problem will be getting booked in!
