Tried renting a lens from another company but they wanted loads of ID and personal information so walked away, found lenses for hire what a dream in comparison, was just like shopping online, choose the product you want, fill in delivery address, a few details etc. Pay job done, lens was dispatched the next day.Will definitely be using again and would recommend to everyone.

This is a company that truly values it's customers and goes above and beyond. I hired a lens from LFH and unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver (totally not LFHs fault but down to the courier). However, these guys bent over backwards to get another lens to me, in time for my shoot, ensuring they didn't let me down. I won't use anyone else moving forward and will recommend them to anyone - fantastic service and a fantastic team!

I have hired lenses from Lenses for Hire several times over the years.The website is exemplary, a lesson here for many web companies.Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make hiring a pleasant experience and retain customers time after time.They always deliver on time every time, never a problem with the lenses and have a robust backup should anything go wrong.If you are thinking of buying a lens, which after all can be a big investment for an amateur like me, you can hire one and try before you buy at a decent price and get a good example of the lens you are looking for.If you want photographic equipment hire this is the place for you with no hesitation.

I couldn't recommend lenses for hire highly enough! I've used them a handful of times and they're just fab, I wouldn't go anywhere else! The gear is maintained really well, great availability, their booking process is quick and easy via their website and their customer service is just bloody awesome. Beccy and Rich (I think it's Rich, sorry if I got that wrong) in particular do an amazing job and go above and beyond to sort any issue- even if it's not their fault! First time using this company and I had a great experience. Customer service was excellent. They were very helpful from start to finish. It was very easy to hire the lens online. They arrange for the lens to be delivered to you and arrange for its collection once your hire agreement has ended. Hire prices are very affordable. No deposit required when I hired my lens which was great as other companies wanted a £750 deposit plus the cost of the hire, which for me would have been way too much. The lens was delivered in a hard case, it was cleaned beforehand for Covid reasons. No marks or signs of damage to the lens. I was really pleased and happy with the whole experience. I'm even looking forward to hiring my next lens with them again soon.

Lenses for Hire have always been super efficient but they recently went all out a few weeks ago when there was a courier mix up (totally the fault of the courier) but still they managed to get the lens I had hired to me on time for my shoot the next day.
