Good service the place is a bit scabby with lots of redundant machines lying around but it does the job and the staff are very helpful

My boyfriend went here to have a suit dry-cleaned - it’s two minutes away, very convenient. He went in and was greeted by a woman who accepted his suit. He asked if he would be able to pick it up the next day, to which she replied absolutely “no chance”. It’s completely understandable that they’re busy, although he would’ve been prepared to pay extra for that extra service. Would’ve been fine and there would have been no real complaint if he hadn’t been going to leave only for her to say: “typical man, leaving things until the last minute”. This is cheeky, sexist and completely unacceptable: people working in the service industry should know to keep potentially offensive opinions to themselves (I work as a barista and would NEVER be so rude). Hate to leave a bad review but unfortunately we will direct any and all future business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Machines did the job however staff were very rude at the beginning of service. Seemed to be nice enough once I had paid for my stuff to be washed and dried. However the first impression really put me off and have never used this place since. Staff weren't very helpful and at first treated me like I wasn't welcome. Clearly lacking basic customer service skills as you would normally be nice to strangers/customers however its like these two in here vetted people before they were nice to them. Poor customer service skills. You should always be welcoming and always be nice to your customers. I really wanted to take my stuff out the machine and go elsewhere as the feeling my service wasn't wanted lingered. A simple hello how can I help you would be nice instead of being met with two miserable looking women.

Popped in today with my partner with two big massive bags of dirty washing. Karen was absolutely lovely and helped us out right away. Even managed to help us out as we didn’t know what exactly went in a light load and a dark load. Managed to get it all washed and dried for really good price. You can also pay with card which is extremely helpful for those who don’t carry cash! Will absolutely be back again and deeply recommend especially if you have loads of washing to get through! :)

I called just to make an enquiry and the woman I spoke to was absolutely lovely she explained and and answered everything I asked ..... long story short I got my kingsize duvet service washed they picked up and dropped back off to my home at at time that suited me. The delivery gentleman was very professional and he called in advance to let me know he was on his way. I just want to say a big huge thank you for all your help and assistance which I appreciated so much. I would recommend your service and I will be using you again that's for sure

Came too soon, was told the delivery will be here later this afternoon came too soon, delivery person was rude. Last time was ok hense 3 stars. My partner went to this place both times. Never got told how much it'll cost before he gave it in, I don't like that..
