I have just visited H.Samuel Bexleyheath, to get help for a broken golden chain I purchased there some time before. I was dealt with by a young man called Oliver. What a professional. I felt like I was receiving first class service in an exclusive central London store. He was so helpful. Manager Material! Hang on to him!

Alice at the Broadway Branch in Bexleyheath served us today. She was exceptional. So helpful and friendly. We bought our wedding rings online at H Samuel subsequently because of her. I also bought two pairs of earrings in store, which was a direct result of Alice's willingness to help.

I had a great experience purchasing from H Samuel today. I was served by Oli who was very knowledgable and helpful. He was able to assist with my rather difficult requests and was calm, patient and polite. Bina also assisted and was incredibly helpful. I’ll be telling all my friends how helpful the staff are in H Samuel Bexleyheath and will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Had daughters ear piercing done here. Very good - staff friendly and kind. If considering ear piercing here note its not free piercing with any earrings bought as stated on their website its from a selection offered on the day and best to call inadvance to ensure they have all earrings available to select from beforehand.
