Really professional and friendly service. Had an install in our bedroom earlier this year and another in my office last month. Both look great and work really well. The install teams were polite, neat, tidy and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Coolburn.

Do not trust this company - all they ever want is money and they will do anything they can to get money off you! One of their so-called 'professional engineers' told us our compressor needed a replacement so we believed him and turns out it was the compressor that was causing issues - they had the audacity to ask us to pay them £1000 when they didn't even fix the problem. We had to then find another guy to fix it and the only problem was that the ventilation covers needed a good clean. All staff are really rude too - really bad customer service (again, just to highlight - THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!) be careful guys!
