I recently completed on a house through Charlie, he was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable on the house and local area and came back to me with any questions or concerns I had very quickly.We were able to complete the transaction within 2 months from start to finish, which would not have been viable without Charlie's input and expertise.I would strongly recommend anybody who is potentially looking to sell their house to contact Charlie first as he is by far, the best agent by a mile in the area.
