I have used Eden on several occasions and the service and flowers have always been great. However, I had flowers delivered on 3/11 and by Friday most of the petals had fallen off and some of the flowers had died. This was a birthday gift, so disappointing for both the recipient and myself.

I have visited this florist many times but have never experienced this kind of treatment towards a customer. I came in for a stunning bouquet of flowers for my sisters graduation however after being in a rush I kindly asked the lady to pass me the flowers behind her, I understood that she was with a client but there was simply no need for the comments she made. She then proceeded to call me rude and disrespectful as well as making a look of disgust on her face. I felt like the comment made by this lady were at my expense and were due to my race, this is no way a customer should be treated in any environment especially a professional environment which should make customers feel welcomed. I feel saddened as this was my and my families regular florist and due to that experience we will not be returning.

My daughter uses Eden for all her flowers. I went in for the first time today for a bouquet for my sisters 70th. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The assistant helped me choose flowers. I called back after 15 minutes to be presented with a beautifully arranged and wrapped bouquet all for the sum of £20. Well worth every penny and more. I will certainly be back.

Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers we took to Nottingham on Saturday. The recipient adored them and they certainly put a big smile on her face . Great service, fantastic range of flowers and reasonably priced.

Went in to buy a large bouquet of flowers a man and woman saw me and continued to sweep the floor custom not appreciated !

Firstly, what a wonderful lady I spoke to on the telephone; so friendly and helpful. I gave them artistic licence and not disappointed. My brother and partner absolutely loved the flowers. Thank you so much.

Usually pleased but disappointed this time 3x orders to different addresses & didn't look anything special wouldn't do delivery again even with full instructions much better wait & pay see end result just thought the yellow & purple one looked better the other 2 look a little rushed & cost more !! Just being honest about my experience.

Thanks to Edan flowers they made to flower arrangement so beautiful it made the day so special staff were amazing I would recommend this florist if you want quality and prices were really good
