From my very first visit, everyone has been amazing!You are firstly greeted by such friendly and happy people which instantly boost your mood and how you feel (even when I haven’t felt great i come out smiling and with such a positive outlook on my day)Their interaction is second to none, they always engage in conversation - about anything really, your day, the questions/quotes on the chalkboard and i love trying the different infused waters whist having a wobble (yes this was a strange feeling at first but now i actually look forward to it)Then to the chiropractors, Lewis is just magical! He has worked wonders in just 2 months. He totally knows his stuff and is always so caring. He actually listens and cares about what you are saying and then this is followed up with practical tips and advice i can do between sessions.I recently had my first progress exam and to see the difference in the results is unreal.

I have been having adjustments with Dr Tom since 2018 and the care given at Epoch has changed my life. Before I started care I had decided that I would have to part with my Porsche that I have owned for more than 15 years as driving it gave me back pain. I can now drive it long distances in comfort. All the staff are fantastic very friendly and caring. They offer far more than just Chiropractic as the ethos is to support you in a journey towards better health in all aspects of life.

By June 2023, I began reducing prescribed medication, and by July 2023, I'm completely migraine-free—a remarkable transformation after five years of suffering.The friendly and attentive staff at Epoch contribute to my positive experience, making each visit enjoyable. The most amazing place! Always a warm and friendly welcome from the most friendly staff. Been an epocher for 3 years and it has helped so much! I have a disability which effects my joints so was scary at first but everything is always explained in detail and all my worries were listened too and taken into consideration. After using another chiropractic service for 10 years I have recently changed to Epoch. From my initial assessment which was the most thorough I had ever received (Something i never received at my old practice) to the start of my planned treatment I have found the service to be excellent from the moment I walk through the door to be greeted by a friendly member of staff and especially to Lewis for all the work he has done and still doing. I would highly recommend Epoch for the very professional service that they have provided me.

After suggesting seeing a chiropractor for many years to my patients, I decided time to heed my own advice.So far and approx 4 months in, and after many years of over-exercise, and lack of self care, I am now seeing changes, from posture to confidence to improved overall fitness and holistic awareness.Small steps but after week after week am now seeing massive changes, and even feel taller!!Thank you to you all, its a really lovely team and amazing technology and set up....i continue to be impressed each time i come in, and I can not recommend highly enough....thank you!!!

Wow, what a difference ! That's no exaggeration either! Tom and his colleagues are always professional, patient, friendly and so knowledgeable.I went to see the Epoch team after being diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. This was affecting every aspect of my life, for example not being able to sleep for long periods because of the pain. Since seeking help and regular appointments, I can see light at the end of the tunnel! I was made aware my healing journey will take time but the only way is up! I still have restrictions with my arm movement and the odd ache and pain but the improvement is amazing, I tell everyone that doctor Tom he is a magician ! I strongly recommend the Epoch centre and expertise of everyone who works there. Don't suffer, life is too short.

What an absolutely superb team, right from the initial assessment through to ongoing treatment and progress checks.The moment you walk in, the welcome is really friendly, you feel like a valued part of the business, not just a customer. The treatment and reasons for it are clearly explained and your feedback on your health is taken seriously and acted on. Your treatment program is clearly individual, not just sending you down the same route as everyone else.My posturei s so much better, as is my overall back health.
