The setup feels good, although I was not given a setup sheet to say what was done, even a week down the line and numerous phone calls to ask for the setup sheet still nothing, this should have been given to me when they pulled the car out the workshop. Checking the car over when I got home noticing pieces of my engine bat were not re-fitted and just laying across the top could have caused serious damage.I will not be back and would not recommend them. They may know what they are doing but there is know way of knowing. For the price being so high I would have expected at least some communication with what was being done.

My e87 BMW is far from a supercar but nevertheless they carried out a small replacement of parts, fitted lowering springs and carried their infamous geometry. Very noticeable difference! Lovely team and extremely knowledgeable, answering every question i had. They even make banging brews! The racing sim they have is an awesome touch while you wait too.

Not enough people leave reviews and its annoying as a business.Recently my new GT4 went in for track based suspension settings and hardware fitting and after two track days its night and day changed the car.Thanks for fitting me in and for sorting the missing item. I made contact with Suspension secretes when I was looking to have a set of ohlins road and track coilovers fitted to my VW golf GTI. From my first dealings with them I was very impressed with their help and advice. I booked my car in with them to have the Ohlins fitted and a full corner weight set up.The work was carried out to a very high standard. The transformation was amazing, I would recommend the team at suspension secretes to anyone looking for the best suspension work around.

Having owned my MK1 Audi TT 3.2 V6 (manual transmission) for nearly 4 years and 43,000 miles, I have been enjoying the car since day one, but not enjoying having to replace broken suspension springs constantly. Earlier this year I decided to take the plunge and fit Bilstein B14 coilers and associated adjustable lower rear control arms, front poly bushes, caster bushes and a thicker rear ARB. All that then remained was to 4 wheel align the car. I tried some local garages, but either they wanted to set the car up to standard factory settings, or didn’t have the tools to do the job properly. I knew I wanted something better than standard settings, and was advised to speak to Jack at Suspension Secrets. Following a few emails discussing my requirements over a week or two, I decided to book the car in for a full four wheel alignment to Jack’s suggested settings. The fitment of the coilovers and associated peripherals had already improved the road manners of the car, but the work carried out by Suspension Secrets really helped realise the car’s full potential. Turn-in, steering response and feel, and mid corner grip have all improved massively. The car now feels lovely and pointy, neutral through ’S’ bends and overall a joy to drive. Highly recommended.

I drove down from Scotland to suspension secrets to get there custom camber plates fitted to my s3 along with corner weighting.While the s3 cars being very limited in camber from stock I choose to go see suspension secrets to get there custom adjustable camber plates, now running a -2.6 camber on the front and corner weighted the car feel amazing, best its ever felt, turns in brilliantly.Very happy with the product and customer service.They are very professional and they have alot of knowledge.Definitely recommend these guys. I look forward to further development on suspension parts for the MQB platform.

Just had suspension upgrades here for my BMW M4. Drop-links, anti-roll bars, solid bushes, 3-way adjustable coilovers and camber plates with full geo setup. Very knowledgable and friendly bunch. In particular, the office manager, Jack, and one of the mechanics carrying out the works, Matt, who is a proper Engineer; constantly working and overcoming the challenges presented to him during the build. I would definitely recommend Suspension Secrets to anyone thinking of upgrading their suspension! The car feels incredible now, a lot stiffer and much more precise whilst still soaking up the bumps in the road.

Fast road setup on a diesel Golf, well what a transformation! Didn’t think that tweaking the standard aligment would make such an improvement! Very happy with the service and staff, car feels much more glued to the road now! Would highly recommend!
