Absolutely appalled at this company. I called and asked to speak to Nev, was asked who I was and what it was regarding and got hung up on instantly. I then called back up and was hung up on over and over again. I finally got through to someone and I got a mouthful of abuse from the person at the end of the phone. I asked to speak to a manager and he said that was him. I was shocked by this and he said well the first person to hang up on you was the director as if it made it better than he was only a manager! I asked names but he refused.
