Lancaster Aston Martin, based in Harston near Cambridge, once again excelled with their personal approach to us as people interested in their showroom display even though we always forget to bring a cheque book!Staff are happy for photos being taken, explain interesting details of their cars and allow access to some of them.Well worth a visit.

Since obtaining the DB9 I have been constantly impressed by everything it does. I was a Vantage man through and through but have been swayed to the DB9. It is elegant and powerful and extremely comfortable on a long journey. The premium audio is a must. Sailing along the motorway with perfect music blasting out - heaven...

Sales process was handled by Tony Gardner who was amazing all the way through. Considering I had a poor experience previously at another AM dealer I was recommended to go to Cambridge and wasn't disappointed. Top Marks!

Overall, I was looked after very well, and will not hesitate to use the company again. The failure to adhere to the anticipated delievery date for my new car was a disappointment

Not a lot to say about this showroom, but Lord Lucan has been spotted more times than their Sales Staff in recent year. If you want your own Pretty Woman experience and be totally ignored this is the place for you. I have been to Aston Martins Showrooms in Newport Pagnall and Harwood in Chichester and have been treated with respect as a potential client. If I ever win the lottery I would buy from somewhere else.

From the moment I first spoke with Cambridge Aston Martin over the phone I was treated as genuine buyer and future owner. No job or effort has been spared by the Sales and Service team to look after myself and my wife whilst buying and servicing my car. Simply wonderful to deal with and I have to confess I think it would be the only place I'd go to buy an Aston Martin.

Excellent service, could not do enough for me , went over and above on everything from purchasing to hand over to remedial works , an absolute gem of a dealership.Will definitely be buying , and dealing with them again with out any hesitation, the sales manager and the finance manger are a great asset to the business.

A fabulous place to buy a car! Don’t go to any other Aston Martin dealer if you live within a couple of hours of this dealership as they are excellent. This is the second car I have bought from them and on both occasions they have been excellent. They have been very patient with me and done everything I have asked, always with a smile (even behind PPE!). Their customer service is brilliant, before purchase during and after car collection. Richard Lemon and Terry Elvin have looked after me on both purchases and I can’t rate them highly enough, always happy to help and can’t do enough for you! I look forward to making my next purchase with them!! I must mention the dealer principal too, Richard Eniffer, who was more than happy to help when others weren’t available. There was a bit of a delay in collecting my latest Aston due to longer than normal timescales/delata from the DVLA, no fault at all of the dealership. Richard Eniffer very kindly sent me daytime and dark photos of my new car to keep me excited until I could go and pick her up. Great unexpected service!! Well done all !!
