I have been visiting this salon for a few years now . Since I discovered it wudnt go anywhere else. Very friendly polite helpful staff. A credit to themselves

Looked after my daughters hair at short notice, very patient and helpful

Salon staff brought my sister to tears made her feel like she wasn't good enough for their salon. She only wanted quick dry cut but the staff member came over very snooty saying they don't do dry cuts anymore just cut and blow ...they had 2 colours coming in and couldn't fit her in tomorrow. My sister explained it was for husbands funeral tomorrow. You would think at the very least the staff member would of said we don't do dry cuts anymore but considering the circumstances take a wee seat and we'll try yo fit you in . Spoke the manager. She was rude sating to me their not charity ( my sister wad in as a paying customer( and they shouldn't need to apologise. Sorry but a little compassion goes a long . Of you want a salon that are rude snobby have no compassion and very demeaning this is the place for you25 years running a salon or not theirs a thing called manners compassion...Common courtasiy.My sister won't be back .Have a nice day

Fuse have quite literally never let me down. I have been getting my hair cut by their team for what must be over 15 years now, and every time I have gotten exactly what I was looking for. I’ve also used their special occasion services and waxing services, both of which are stellar. The business itself is clean, bright and welcoming. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
