Really friendly service and amazing quality desserts! We visited as a treat for an ice-cream and milkshake after school and both were delicious. We also bought some donuts to take home as we couldn’t resist. Thanks :-)

One Person working who didn’t know how to make the things on the menu had to ring somone to ask how to make a milkshake surely this is not acceptable of a chain. Surely staff get training and not left in a shop on their own not knowing how make things on the menu.

Disappointing, for a chain you would expect similar or the same quality from all locations.I appreciate that this store is new, however what you don't expect is to be eating off paper plates & using wood cutlery.This is accepted with a take out order but not when eating inside.This all is thrown away and wasted after each use.
