I have always washed my duvet in the big washer but today a rude and unhelpful woman forbade me to do so and basically I had to drive all the way to Mutley to use the machine there, which was actually £2 cheaper so that’s good but that’s just not the way you treat customers…

Rude and unhelpful woman. Refused to take in a suit because it had some cat hair on it (not an excessive amount of hair!). She could not tell me when it would be ready by if I did take it away, remove all trace of cat hair and return with it today, which was no use as it is required for an event in a weeks time. Took my business to Ivybridge instead who were far more helpful and will have it ready in 3-4 days. Will not be returning.

Went to the laundry with my grandson today, filty dirty machines, only one ready to use, the drum of the other was full of caked on mouldy unclean remains, the other 2 out of order! The bin contents were shrewn on the floor, the lights were all out apart from one. Its a total disgrace!!! Why cant someone take pride in this business & run it as it should be. Shocking !

Terrible went to dry my stuff only 3 dryers out of six working.And one went cool during using it so pointless.It's pointless being open if nothing is working.

Excellent laundrette. We had 5 suits dry cleaned at a great price. Also had our duvet washed. Super fast and great friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will be back.

My jacket blazer is still dirty and now it smells of chemicals (I noticed spots in the sunlight) also reception is not opened in the hours written on the door notice... Jacket was ironed really nicely though.

Well this was the sort Experience I’ve had at a dry cleaners, I approached them as my £450 watch went missing and they had no idea where it went! The old woman in there was as much help as a chocolate firegard and her attitude makes it look like she has stolen it! No apologie nothing!
