One of the best reception departments I have ever entered.Helpful, tactful, friendly and very efficient only using their phone and computers!I was lost, frustrated and tired but they eventually got me to my destination with the minimum of information and assistance.Well done the Ladies who eventually got me to my destination / the X/Ray Suite!!

Wife just received appointment letter for inconvenient date/time. She rang the Radiology Department and dealt with Tracy who was really helpful, supportive and kind. A new appointment was arranged with a minimum of fuss.
