I took in my ancient iPad for a new battery. They carefully explained that replacing the battery may cause bigger problems if there were circuitry issues, which could well be because of its age. They called me back the next day to say sorry it’s bad news! Having agreed that a new iPad was the best option they then recommended sooner rather than later for two reasons. One, mine would really not last much longer and two, Apple were shortly replacing the 9th generation with the 10th - an additional £100! I ordered a new one through CS Micros which came within 48 hours. They transferred all the information from old to new at no extra charge. Polite, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout. Definitely my Go To for any future technical problems. Very highly recommended! Thanks

Great service from csmicros ! Took my old W10 and new W11 laptops for data and photos transfer from old to new . Took devices in mid morning and get a txt early afternoon to say devices were ready for collection . Very reasonably priced too ! Thanks !

They fixed my Apple Mac when I thought it was ready for scrap! We have also used them previously to fix broken screens on iPads, the replacements have been very good quality and the work has been done for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend them!

Good service sorted my laptop no problem

My iPhone battery had problems, called at CSMICROS 10am they said they would check phone to confirm it was the battery, this they did and rang me later 11.30amish to say the phone was ready to collect. Excellant service and all stages explained by very knowledgeable staff. Prices quoted all very fair.

I've used this business several times, as I am not tech savvy. When my laptop has an issue I can't find a solution for, they're my go to. Relatively cheap, fast and friendly service, if you need tech fixed, they're the ones to go to
