It says that it closes at 10 but that is not true, I went there at 9:45pm and the guy didn't let me get in.

Appalling customer service and small selection of items. I asked the shop assistant to help me pack my bag. After charging me extra for the bag, he put it down infront of me and said do it yourself. The milkshake was also out of date and had to be thrown away. Disappointing all round. Its not hard to be polite and pack a bag.

Love these guys. Normal shopping experience and haven't adopted stupid covid rules. Nice and local and often use.

Fabulous customer service and just the right amount of item choice for a small local shop. I never ask the shop assistant to help me pack my bag because it's a small local shop and nobody packs my bag for me at Aldi or Asda either. The guys there never charge me for a bag probably because I'm a nice and decent customer who doesn't wine and moan about insignificant things and because I don't have unreasonable expectations of USA style customer service.I always take personal responsibility to check the 'sell by' dates myself so I don't have to throw stuff away - milk shakes for example. Fabulous service all round. Its not hard to be a decent customer and pack my own bag. I support my small local shop without unreasonable, 5 star shopping expectations.
