We had a brilliant experience with this company, ordering was easy online. I got plenty of confirmation emails. They arrived half an hour early and the guys were friendly , helpful and answered all my questions. I would use this company again without hesitation.

My kids absolutely loved the inflatable assault course. It arrived early, and as we wanted it for the evening too, later than their last pick up, they allowed us to keep it over night. Great service and reasonable price.

We cannot thank you enough for entertaining the children. You were such great fun entertaining them all you even entertaing the adults!The children loved it and their parents are still talking about how much of an amazing time they all had.Thank you. We will be looking forward to our next events with you.

King of the castles responded immediately to my desperate plea to provide the inflatables to our school fair, when another company cancelled with hours to spare. They were incredibly helpful, pulling all the stops out to help. They provided two perfect inflatables and even helped us to source a generator. They remained in constant communication which was really reassuring, and saved the day! Their customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

Had several confirmation emails in the weeks leading up to the booking and on the day received a phone call to check if they could come early, but they weren’t put off at all when I said no as I didn’t have the keys to the venue yet. Then got a call when they were ten minutes away and were perfectly on time.The castle and slide were put up and removed efficiently and the chaps doing it were really nice and even offered to help me load my stuff into my car! Great service!

Absolute life savers this company!!I was recently let down for my sons 5th birthday party and had to try and find another children's entertainment company asap. I found King of the Castles (thankfully) and was so so happy I did because they sorted everything I needed for my sons birthday quick and easily! Great service all round very professional.

I booked a bouncy castle for my daughter's birthday. I had made a couple of mistakes on the order and they did everything they could to make sure that her birthday wasn't spoiled including delivering a replacement at the last minute a day before I'd booked for. They were all really pleasant and straightforward to deal with. Would definitely reccommend them.

Despite the poor reviews I read about this company, the service was actually pretty good. I contacted by email about a week and a half before I needed the bouncy castle for a family party (Eid). Had a good email exchange with Clare. Booked a 16x16 party bouncy castle between 12-6pm (you get it for 6hrs). I stressed during the email exchange that I didn't want it to be late. It actually arrived 10.30 and they collected a bit early at 5.55pm but they waited until I chucked the kids off. Payment was cash on delivery or immediate bank transfer in front of the guy. Castle was decent, clean and popped up easily. The guys had it cleared away in no time. So overall met my expectations and will use again. Haven't given 5* as I emailed on Friday to check that it was coming but didn't get a response.

I am passing on some information on behalf of the charity for I work that supports children and young people with disabilities. We used this company for inflatable hire for a family event we were having. (We also used a similar organisation and they were much more helpful and accommodating). The information given to us was not clear before the event and communication was especially not up to the standard that it should be. King of the Castle arrived on the day of our event and stated that it wasn’t going to be manned by their staff, as this would incur an extra fee. This was not made clear on the risk assessment that you sent us, we had it checked by our provider who is qualified in reading and writing Risk Assessments and he also believed it to mean KOTC staff would man it. When we asked if we could pay the extra fee to have the staff they said no as they were due somewhere else for another job. They also told us on their arrival (and not beforehand) that they could not recollect the inflatable that day either and so left it inflated for us to deal with. Our staff within our organisation are not trained to work or handle heavy machinery such as this and so was a concern for our safety. Luckily, the other company mentioned above helped us to deflate it and store it somewhere safe overnight. It should never be the responsibility of the consumer to manually handle and dismantle such heavy equipment as the typical party consumer has not been trained to do so, as King of the Castle have. We hired you to provide a service and we were let down in a number of aspects - causing us stress, anxiety and potential injury had it not been for the other company who assisted us.
