The sales manager helped me building my custom desktop PC based on my requirements, starting from the minimum requirements and moving up in price as I requested more expensive parts. I actually spent a lot less than I expected for a top of the range gaming PC. They assembled it on the spot and it was ready in less than two hours. It's currently working like a charm and looks incredible.

five or ten years ago, it was perfect, now its drousy and lazy and he only gives windows 10 on a computer when its free then you have to hassle getting windows 11 when he couldve gave you windows 11 in the first place, thats just one of the many problems with this (now) trashy store, would t recommend

I visted twice in the last 2 weeks after not going for a very long time. They have an impressive array of desktops, mini desktops and laptops, all at very reasonable rates. Key thing to remember though these are refurbished units ( i.e devices discarded from companies, schools, workplaces etc) and only come with 6 months warranty if anything goes kaput. A large majority of the machines are running with Windows 10, with some, not all, having the capacity to run Windows 11 decently. As Microsoft will stop supporitng WIndoes 10 from mid oct 25, that would explain why these machines are so cheap as vendors hope to offload before they become obsolete in under two years. As others have alluded to, you are better off searching online for similar products that you can get direct fresh from the manufacturer, which is what I've done. That said, they do have some bargains, 512gb pend drive from £12 for example along with gaming machines if you're into that. One thing that is offputting is the sometimes aggressive behaviour of some vendors try to sell their wares. I was browsing one table multiple times and one guy was practically forcing me to buy something. I'm someone who likes to take their time before parting with my cash and don't like the aggressive sales tactics. If i want to buy, I'll come to you and buy, you dont' need to force it down my throat. Then you had vendors insulting each other on what they're selling . It might be in jest and banter, but does sourt the atmosphere. Times have certainly changed. Large computer fairs were held in the UCL building on Tottenham court road years back and the atmospthere, the crowd and refreshments on offer made visiting computer fairs enjoyable. But those days are long gone now..

I visited this Fair last Sunday and bought my son a Gaming PC. My son wanted the pc with a RTX 3070 graphics card but their prices were so good that we actually got a RTX 4070TI card with PC. We saved at least £175 compared online. They built the pc for free and it came with 3 years warranty. Excellent service. Pc is working like a treat. Thanks

Amazing place to buy good quality gaming PC parts that you get to see in person. Make sure to check the prices of items online before buying there they may try to charge you above online value .

Traveled hours to get here and there was just two peopleThis is not a big computer fair like advertised it was just two people running two different stallsThe prices were very expensive for second hand and yeah it's a second hand fair but the prices you will get the same or better onlineIt's not worth the time to travel too I was there less then 5 mins I saw the whole fair from the door

£1.50 entry fee everytime is ridiculous and the venue is tiny, no buzz or welcoming atmosphere, it feels like you're going to get conned, and you will.Prices for PC parts are OTT, do a price comparison and you'll see you are paying at least £30 more than you would for proper branded parts online.Customer service is a average, Del Boys talking you into buying a cheap unknown brand.Plus, you only get six months warranty on anything you buy, and no refunds!!I took my son for the experience, what let down and whole in my wallet. NEVER AGAIN.

TLDR; well worth a visit if you're after a laptop, pre-built desktop or just for new individual components! After a little bit of googling to find somewhere in London that I could just browse PC parts I found an old comment on Reddit mentioning this computer fair. Surprised I hadnt heard of it and keen to check it out after learning it's been running for over 20 years I popped down one sunday and the selection of gaming parts, laptops, pre-builts and apple devices was really good. The guys at PC Planet UK had a huge stall with everything I was hoping to find and were only too happy to talk me through a couple of options for motherboards, PSU's and AIO coolers. During my short time there I heard several other people getting great advice on parts lists for everything from gaming rigs to 3D design workstations.Of the parts I picked up (CPU, GPU, RAM, Mobo & AIO Cooler - all new, sealed parts with full 4 year warranties) several were cheaper than online prices and I got to chat to some fellow enthusiasts and get some great advice all whilst skipping online stores additional shipping costs.I know where I'll check first in future if I need to upgrade or add any new parts to my rig!

It really has lost its former glory. Back in the day the computer fair had so much variety in terms of products on offer. Now its just pc and laptops that are more or less over priced. Entry fee should be 50p instead of the £1.50. The place was empty today, hardly any customers or atmosphere. Dead.

Amazing place to buy phones, laptops for lower prices than in any local shops. A big variety of products. Great computer market in London.
