Came here for a new carpet and was pleasantly surprised by the speed, efficiency, friendliness of the professional service. The prices were also very, very reasonable and the fitting service was perfect. Overall I would highly recommend this store if you are interested in new flooring or maybe even a rug!

Carpet Giant is really well stocked shop with plenty to chose from,carpet,vinyl & flooring too.I visited with my 4 years daughter and there was a person from the team who really took her attention so I was able to chose and complete the family decision for a vinyl,once is installed I will update and upload some more photos :) Thank you team. I would recommend the shop :)

Not the best service, sorry to say that as I am usually more on the forgiving site. However, we found a nice rug and some leftover carpet that suited us.

Good place to buy your stuff but never hire them for your project. They have Total USELESS contracters to fit your carpet.Only buy something what they have in stock or if they usually stock that material. Otherwise, you cannot return your extra unused leftovers.As they tend to upsell you extras for their own margin.

good decent customer service dealt with my quieries in a professional manner and salesman Luke kept me very much up to date with the fitter coming to measure up the stairs before coming to fit them the followiing week fitter came fitted in a good timely manner and the pricing was very reasonable for the carpet we got.

Used the Croydon store twice recently and for quite small items but the staff were still really helpful with practical advice and helped sort fitting at the last minute. Definitely going back here for a bigger purchase. As a result of the way underlay and carpet discounts seem to be linked, it can be tricky to get the best deal but these guys were really straightforward.

I visited Carpet Giant Last month where I was greeted and assisted by MATTHEW.I had a great experience, Matthew took the time to explain to me about the different type of carpets and underlays and was patient with all the questions I threw his way.My order was processed quickly and I had my fitting done the next day!The fitters were also quick, efficient and very helpful.Overall great experience and I’ll be returning for vinyl for my kitchen.Thank you
