Ordered food via Uber eats, items were missing and some of the food that was delivered was melted. Uber said to to call the shop. Attempted to call the shop but it just rings out and rings out. No answer similarly to another customers review on here. Couldn't leave voicemail. Should have headed the warning and not wasted my time or money.

Basically vile on the phone, messing people about on a daily basis through online orders. Claims to have things in stock which they do not and refuse to look if called up before placing an order. If food does arrive it is substandard and often out of date. Do not waste your time or money.

Ordered products of just eat. The soft serve flurry ice creams made by the shop tasted like the dairy had gone off. The chocolate bar clear hasn’t been stored properly at the shop. When opened it was clearly had gone off. We couldn’t eat any of them. Filed report with Uber eats & next day got an email from Uber eats. To say we had to get into with the store. We went online to find the telephone number to call & we have been trying to call on & off now fir 3 hours, it just rings & rings (no voicemail) with no answer. On Google it says it’s open until 9pm.
